An email address is optional. Include one if you would like a reply. For a bug report, mention your browser, device and the steps that led to the problem. Your music files are not attached to feedback.

If you are requesting deletion of previous correspondence, identify the message or reply address so it can be located. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

The form shows whether email delivery is currently available. If it is unavailable, you can keep or copy your draft and try again later.
